Individual sessions (50 minutes)

£70

Once we find a suitable time slot, I will hold this for you on a weekly basis. Having consistent sessions is an important aspect of therapy providing the structure and continuity to support you to get the most out of it. I don’t offer ad hoc sessions, nor fortnightly sessions.

Initial meeting

An initial meeting will allow us to meet in person and talk about what brought you to therapy, and any questions about the process itself. Importantly, you will have the opportunity to experience what I am like to see if we are a good fit.

Cancellation fee

I ask that you give me as much notice as possible if you are not able to make a session. Any cancellations by you with less than 7 days notice will incur a full fee.

Concessionary rates

I offer a limited number of low-cost spots for people on lower incomes. The availability and rate depends on the time of the session. Please enquire about these if you feel you cannot afford the full-rate.

Location

I practice from two centres:

Spiral Holistic therapy centre in Holloway - (2 Shelburne Road, London, N7 6DL)

& The Minster Centre in Queens Park - (20 Lonsdale Road, London, NW6 6RD)

I am available at various times Mon-Fri, so please ask what suits you best, and we can take it from there.
